Pembrokeshire Mortgage Centre was established in January 2003 and has exceeded the expectations of all the Directors and has rapidly expanded since. We focus on customer service and gain the vast majority of our business from referrals of satisfied customers. We not only service customers by using the traditional methods of face-to-face advice, but also can arrange mortgages via the phone, post and internet if preferred. We have a team of directors and advisors who have been arranging mortgages throughout West Wales and indeed all over the UK since our launch.
There will be a fee for mortgage advice, the precise amount will depend on your circumstances but we estimate it will be £150.00. There are additional fee payment options.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
